Tree of Life
Are you looking for a meaningful way to honor someone you have lost? Making a gift to The Wilderness Center’s Tree of Life program can honor their life in an impactful way. The proceeds from Tree of Life gifts each year support a significant conservation project at The Wilderness Center. These projects often include planting trees to reforest old fields, provide wildlife habitats, and protect natural waterways.
When you make a gift to the Tree of Life Program, The Wilderness Center will:
Acknowledge the gift by sending you a letter and receipt.
Send a letter to a designated recipient explaining that a gift has been made.
Record each gift in the permanent Tree of Life register on display in the lobby of the Hart Interpretive Building at The Wilderness Center. Beginning in 2023, gift will be recorded on our virtual donor wall with information on what projects were supported with Tree of Life gifts.
Recognizes each gift in the following newsletter.
